Publish Your App

Granting Access of Your Apple Developer Account to MageNative

To upload your iOS application successfully to the App Store, you need to invite MageNative to your Apple Developer account. If you have not enrolled yet, do this first using the enrollment guide.

You can grant access in two ways depending upon the type of Apple developer account you have, Let’s first see the two types and how to provide access in both:

Apple offers two types of developer accounts:

  • Individuals or sole proprietors/single-person businesses.
  • Organizations

Individual Accounts: These accounts are for sole proprietors or single-person businesses. Personal accounts do not permit member invites. If you have a personal account, use one of the preferable options provided:

  1. Share your Apple developer account credentials privately, we will upload the app and you can change the password afterward.
  2. Login remotely to our systems to get us specific access to your iCloud as an authorized member.
  3. Change the account type and enroll for the Organisation type by contacting Apple. It would be much easier to control and the submission time will be significantly reduced.

Organization Account: If you have an Organization’s type account, please follow the steps below to give the admin access to your Apple developer account:

  1. First log to App Store Connect (previously known as iTunes Connect) using your Apple ID and password.
  2. Once you have logged in, find and click on “Users and Access” in the main menu.
  3. Now, click on the “+” sign to add a new user.
  4. In the user details section, enter First Name as MageNative and Last Name as Apps.
  5. Enter the Email Address as support@magenative.com.
  6. Select the role as Admin from the dropdown menu.
  7. Finally, click the Invite button to send the invitation.
  8. Once done, our team will check the invite and proceed accordingly.

Congratulations! You have successfully granted MageNative access to your Apple Developer account.
