Definitely, you can test the app before publishing it on respective stores.

How do I connect MageNative with my current Shopify integrations?

Our Integrations Dashboard lets you instantly connect to your favorite tools with the click of a button. Here’s a complete list of integrations MageNative supports. ‍ Please note: Only the MageNative Growth and Enterprise plans include Shopify App integrations. To integrate a Shopify App with MageNative you must already be subscribed through the third-party app.

Does the mobile app sync with my Shopify store?

Yes, your app syncs seamlessly with your Shopify store. Products, collections, inventory, pricing, images, and discounts automatically update in real-time.

How can I pay for 3rd party functionalities in the app delivered to me?

Accepted Answer

We accept payments from PayPal, Payoneer, PayU and Bank Transfer external payment methods available.

Will I get a refund in case I choose to discontinue the services of MageNative in the middle of a billing cycle?

Accepted Answer

In case your cancellation request is placed in the middle of a billing cycle, any advance payment made (for that month or year) will not be refunded.

Does the recurring charge involve uploading the apps to Play Store and App Store?

Accepted Answer

No. For uploading the apps the Merchant will require developer accounts for both. Apple Developer Program costs USD 99 per year and a Google Play Developer Account costs USD 25 (one-time)

What kind of customization will be chargeable?

Integrating any 3rd party apps or adding/enhancing the default functionalities of the app will be chargeable.

How much does the MageNative App cost?

Accepted Answer

MageNative Mobile App is a Monthly, Half-Yearly and Yearly subscription. There is no credit card required since you are charged directly through Shopify on your invoice. Pricing varies depending on the plan you subscribe to; please review the plans on this page. Please note that all plans require Apple Developer ($99/year) and Google Play ($25, one-time fee) accounts in order to publish your app. Our implementation managers can help you get these accounts set up.

How long will it take for my app to be approved on App Store and PlayStore?

Accepted Answer

The approval process usually takes around one week. Sometimes it may be quicker than that or may take more time it's up to the App Store team. Usually, Apple takes around 1 week to make an app live and PlayStore around 5 - 6 days.

How can I add 3rd party functionalities/enhance the MageNative app delivered to me?

Accepted Answer

Just let us know the requirements and we will provide you with the time frame needed to finish. Our customization charge is $25 per hour. Customization charges are separated from Shopify.

How does the 30 days trial work?

Accepted Answer

The 30 days trial starts from the first date of installation and cannot be extended if the merchant reinstalls the app.

We provide google analytics in the app on every action.
